Description of coin Ruble 1730 (head large):

At the beginning of the reign of Anna developed the design of the new rubles, only there are two options - with chain of the Order of St. Andrew, surrounding the eagle and the chain of smaller radius on the eagle's breast. The weight of these coins was slightly higher roubles mass production, but due to the increased sample number of pure silver remained the same. Trial the ruble with the standard eagle pattern differs from the serial extended portrait of Anna.

On the obverse is a portrait of Anna Ioannovna in profile, face to the right. In a circle the inscription - ":БМ АННА•IМПЕРАТРИЦА •IСАМОДЕРЖИЦА ВСЕРОСИСКАЯ"(stands for "the grace of God Anna, Empress and autocrat of all Russias").

The reverse depicts the coat of arms of the Russian Empire the second quarter of the eighteenth century: the double-headed eagle with the lifted wings, crowned by two Imperial crowns, above the same crown but larger. On the eagle's breast shield with the emblem of Moscow - St. George on horseback slaying a serpentine dragon with wings. Right Talon the eagle holds a scepter, the left power. The coat of arms surrounded by chain of order of St. Andrew. In a circle the inscription (starting from top) - "* COIN * RUBLE * 1730" (letters facing the inside basis).
