Coin of this type was made in 1764, 1766-1775, 1786, 1789-1790, and in 1793-1796 years at the Ekaterinburg mint (letters "ЕМ" and 1783-1795 on the lower-suzunskoe (letters "КМ" besides this, there are coins without the designation of the yard with dates 1788-1794.
The obverse of the coin shows the monogram of Catherine II of the letters of the "I"(Empress), "Е"(Catherine) and Roman numerals "II" Upstairs the Imperial crown. The sides of the year, is divided into two parts - "17" and "89". Image is surrounded by two branches connected at the bottom with a bow.
The reverse of the coin depicts George on horseback spearing a snake-like dragon with wings. Below in a semicircle is a tape with a nominal value of "ДЕНГА"
