Coin of this type with the monogram of Elizabeth I were made in the years 1757-1762, then under Catherine II continued chasing with a different monogram.
The obverse of the coin shows the monogram of Elizabeth I, represents the Union of the letters "Е"(Elizabeth) and Latin "P"(Petrovna), repeated in mirror image. Upstairs the Imperial crown. The sides of the year, is divided into two parts - "17" and "62". Image is surrounded by two branches connected at the bottom with a bow.
The reverse of the coin depicts George on horseback spearing a snake-like dragon with wings. In a semicircle at the bottom is a ribbon with a nominal value of "ДВЕ КОПЕЙКИ"
