Coin of this type was produced in 1755-1757. Some coins are partially or fully present rim on the front side with inward-facing teeth.
The obverse of the coin depicts an eagle with outstretched wings sitting on a cloud. The head of an eagle facing the shield in front of him. On the shield is depicted the monogram of Elizabeth I, represents the Union of the letters "Е"(Elizabeth) and Latin "P"(Petrovna). At the top there is the Imperial crown, below along the rim is black with five stars indicating the value.
The reverse of the coin image are the same as on the obverse, but on the shield is the monogram specified denomination in two lines - "5 KOPECKS". At the top of the semicircle indicated the year of coinage, divided into two parts - "17 58" and the bottom of the letter "СПБ"(Saint-Petersburg).
