Coin sample of 1742. Was produced from 1742 1757 for the year. In a circle the front and back of a rim with notches (on some coins may partially be absent, it is not a marriage).
On the obverse is a portrait of Elizabeth I, in profile, face to the right. In a circle the inscription - "Б•М•ЕЛИСАВЕТЪ•I•IМП•IСАМОД•ВСЕРОС."(stands for "the grace of God Elizabeth I Empress and autocrat of all Russias").
On the reverse cartouche, indicating the denomination and year in three lines "ГРИВЕН НИКЪ 1744" In the upper part of the cartouche, two stylized Laurel branches, between the Imperial crown.
