The coat of arms double-headed eagle with splayed wings, crowned by two Imperial crowns, above is the same crown, but much larger. In paws the eagle holds the symbols of Imperial power, including a wreath of Laurel leaves and thunderbolts. Under the eagle is located the winding tape of the order of Andrew's, stretched for the entire width of the coat of arms. On the breast a large diamond-shaped shield with the Moscow coat of arms: St. George on horseback slaying a serpentine dragon with wings. Under the tail the initials of mintmaster - letters "Н"and "А" the bottom semi-circle along the rim the year of issue "1837.".
