Description of coin 5 kopecks 1713:

The first penny appeared in 1713, at first it was a small silver coin, which replaced the unusual denomination "ten money". Silver five cents were produced only in the years 1713-1714. The obverse and reverse sides surrounded by threadlike edging (its partial absence is not a marriage).

The obverse of the coin in the center of the emblem of Russia at the beginning of the XVIII century - double-headed eagle with outstretched wings, on the heads of the Royal crown, over which is the same, but larger. In paws the eagle holds the symbols of power - the scepter and Orb.

On the coin reverse in the middle in two lines, nominal value - "ПЯТЬ  КОПЕЕКЪ" Below is the year of issue "1713". Upstairs are five horizontal raised dots (or stripes).
