Poltina with a narrow portrait (head of small size, without the bow on a Laurel wreath) was produced in the years 1702-1703. The front and back sides surrounded by a rim of pixels (can be partly or completely absent, this is not a marriage).On the obverse
is a portrait of Peter the Great in profile, face to the right. Of the circumference - "ЦРЬ•ПЕТРЪ•АЛЕSIЕВИЧЪ•ВСЕА•РОЕIИ•ПОВЕЛIТЕЛЬ•"("Tsar Pyotr Alexeyevich, All-Russian ruler").On the coin reverse
in the center the emblem of Russia at the beginning of the XVIII century - double-headed eagle with outstretched wings, on the heads of the Royal crown, over which is the same, but larger. In paws the eagle holds the symbols of power - the scepter and Orb. The circumference of the designated denomination of the coin "МАНЕТА ДОБРАА ЦЕНА ПОЛТIНА"and the year of issue of the old Slavonic letters ("҂АѰВ"- "1702").
