depicts the emblem of the celebration of the 200th anniversary of Russia's victory in Patriotic war of 1812 - headed eagle with outstretched wings and a large crown, in the paws a wreath and arrows, in which woven tape of Andrew's order. On the eagle's breast a cross with a shield, in which is depicted Saint George on horseback slaying the serpent. On the left beam of the cross the date "1812" on the right "2012". Of the circumference clockwise (from bottom) - "200-ЛЕТИЕ ПОБЕДЫ В ОТЕЧЕСТВЕННОЙ ВОЙНЕ 1812 ГОДА"(the beginning and the end of the label separated by a dot).
The obverse and reverse sides have a protruding on the circumference of the piping.

Russia entered the war with Napoleon's army in June 1812 because of the differences in European politics. At first, the French troops advanced, pushing back the Russian positions farther to the East and pillaging on his way settlements. Waiting for the weakening of the enemy, before Moscow at Borodino was given to the fight under the command of M. I. Kutuzov, followed by the regular victories of the Russian army. In December 1812, the enemy went beyond the Russian borders, that was the end of the Patriotic war, but the fighting in Europe continued for another almost 2 years.
