The obverse of the coin
to the left of the center, specified value: large figure "2" where the word "РУБЛЯ" Below the horizontal inscription "БАНК РОССИИ" which date is "2012". On the right side there is a stylized plant branch, near which is a mark of the Moscow mint
(consists of letters "ММД". On the left, near Kant is one small part of a floral ornament.On the coin reverse there
is a portrait of M. B. Barclay de Tolly in full face in military uniform with medals. In the bottom part along the rim a semicircular stylized ribbon with the inscription - "М.Б.БАРКЛАЙ ДЕ ТОЛЛИ"
The obverse and reverse sides have a protruding on the circumference of the piping.

Michael Bagdanovich Barclay de Tolly (1761-1818) in the first months of the Patriotic war of 1812 he commanded the Russian army in 1813-1814 Russian-Prussian army in foreign campaigns. It was on his orders was a mass retreat to Moscow Russian troops, which resulted in exhaustion of the enemy. Such tactics displeased in connection with which he was demoted and command of the army, became M. I. Kutuzov.
