The obverse of the coin

(consists of letters "ММД". On the left, near Kant is one small part of a floral ornament.On the coin reverse there
is a portrait N.N. Rajewski in palanthas in military uniform with medals. In the bottom part along the rim a semicircular stylized ribbon with the inscription - "Н.Н.РАЕВСКИЙ"
The obverse and reverse sides have a protruding on the circumference of the piping.

Nikolai Nikolaevich Raevsky (1771-1829) was involved in many wars since 1787, but the greatest popularity received during the Patriotic war of 1812. As a General of cavalry, accomplished the feat under Saltanovka, showed courage in the battle of Borodino and the battle of Smolensk. Also participated in foreign campaigns against the French army.
