depicts the monument to 1200 guardsmen Soviet located in Kaliningrad. On a circle the inscription: top - "ВОСТОЧНО-ПРУССКАЯ ОПЕРАЦИЯ" below - "ВЕЛИКАЯ ОТЕЧЕСТВЕННАЯ ВОЙНА 1941-1945 гг."(labels separated by five-pointed stars).
The obverse and reverse sides have a protruding on the circumference of the piping.

The East Prussian operation was held from 13 January to 25 April 1945. In the battle participated the army, which in the latter stages joined the Navy. On the side of the Soviet Union also fought France and Normandy regiment "Neman". It was one of the most difficult battles with heavy losses on both sides. As a result, eliminated the main forces of the enemy, liberated the Northern part of Poland, East Prussia, and taken the fortress of Konigsberg. In July at the Potsdam conference, the Northern part of East Prussia was transferred to the Soviet Union for temporary use, and later completely fixed within the borders of the Soviet Union (under the name of Kaliningrad oblast).
