The obverse of the coin

(consists of letters "ММД". On the left, near Kant is one small part of a floral ornament.The reverse of the coin
depicts the monument to the Soviet soldier in the memorial complex in Kiev, in the background the outlines of the Cathedral and bell tower of Kiev-Pechersk Lavra. At the top of a semicircle between two five-pointed stars and the inscription - "КИЕВ" beneath the image horizontally the date of the liberation of Kiev - "6 НОЯБРЯ 1943 г."
The obverse and reverse sides have a protruding on the circumference of the piping.
The coin was released August 1, 2016.
The battle for Kiev lasted from 3 to 13 November 1943, during which Soviet troops managed to oust the enemy on the right Bank of the Dnieper and completely liberate the capital of Ukraine. Ally of the red Army was found in exile government of Czechoslovakia. Loss of Hitler was almost 20 times less, however, this battle has largely undermined the morale of the invaders and became the basis for the subsequent advance of the army to the West.
