is depicted a high Bank of the Oka river, which are of the Church, immersed in the greenery. On the river is the small boat, in which sits a fisherman. At the top are two versions of the coat of arms of Murom, enclosed in ovals. On the yellow ring at the top circumference has a recessed inscription "ДРЕВНИЕ ГОРОДА РОССИИ" the bottom convex inscription "МУРОМ"between the two triangular cutouts.

Murom is located in the East of the Vladimir region and is considered one of the oldest cities of Russia, first mentioned in Chronicles under the year 862.
