depicts the panorama of the walls and towers of the Pskov Kremlin on the banks of the great river. Top left is placed the coat of arms of Pskov. On the yellow ring at the top circumference has a recessed inscription "ДРЕВНИЕ ГОРОДА РОССИИ" the bottom convex inscription "ПСКОВ"between the two triangular cutouts.
