The obverse of the coin

in the center of the disc - the relief image of the monument to Lenin with outstretched hand (rotated to the left), underneath (the horizontal line), the numbers "60" (top of the numbers a little bit comes on the line), and below the inscription "ЛЕТ" left and right labels are placed the Laurel branch (symbol of victory); in the background - a stylized image of a radiant sun with alternating thin and thick beams; along the rim there is an inscription in a semicircle - "СОЮЗ СОВЕТСКИХ СОЦИАЛИСТИЧЕСКИХ РЕСПУБЛИК"
