The obverse of the coin

Chekhov, Anton Pavlovich (1860-1904) - Russian writer, humorist and playwright, all his life he worked as a doctor. There are several dozen of pseudonyms of the writer, among which the most famous: "Antosha Chekhonte," "Doctor without patients" and "Man without a spleen". Often an alias was the hero of the story, but Chekhov never intended to conceal the authorship. He wrote such plays and stories like "the Seagull", "Three sisters" and "the Cherry orchard", a total of about 900 works.
